Typically, our drivers in this division can expect to do three Phoenix / Long Beach Port turns each week. Frequently, our dedicated drivers are home two to three times each week and can expect to have at least a 34-hour restart over the weekends.

Duncan and Son Lines Truck Driving Positions
What are Dedicated Port Drivers
As a Dedicated Driver with Duncan and Son Lines, Inc, you can expect to have three Arizona to California turns per week, with great home time with your family. Dedicated drivers typically carry cargo between regular, prescribed routes, receive a 34-hour weekend restart and secure a bonus for having a TWIC Card. Our port drivers are tasked with hauling shipping containers from the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles back to Arizona.
With this position, we have the opportunity to have you home every other night. In addition, our new-model, automatic-transmission trucks have the latest clean emission and safety technologies that make our drivers reliable and sustainable on their port runs.
